Coastal Data Information Program

Maintained by the Ocean Engineering Research Group at Scripps
Institution of Oceanography, the Coastal Data Information Program
(CDIP) site provides information about weather and coastal
conditions for several regions: Hawaii, the U.S. west coast,
Minnesota, and the U.S. east coast. The CDIP's stated mission is
the "measurement, analysis, archiving, and dissemination of
coastal environment data for use by coastal engineers, planners,
and managers as well as scientists and mariners." The page is
simple, well-organized, and offers a number of useful links to
other sites with related information.
