NSS Chat Services

The NSS Chat Service offers private chat suites for a quarterly
fee. Subscribers then inform their "guests" of the chat area's
name and password; only registered users are allowed to enter.
Graphics can be displayed as well. All old conversations can be
saved in HTML format for later perusal. One area, Valley Chat, is
an open chat service that all users can access.
