The Rad Page

This site describes a technique to recover radiolarians from
sedimentary rock and determine their age using a process
accidentally discovered in the late 1960s. The focus of the site
is fairly technical but includes many scanning electron microscope
images that may be of more general interest. There is also contact
information for INTERRAD, the International Association of
Radiolarian Paleontologists.
