Track Canada

Although it began as a simple mailing list, this site has grown to
a full-fledged Web site for fans of and participants in Canadian
track and field events. The site includes contact information for
clubs throughout Canada, Canadian track and field records,
scheduled meets, and a section called Track-Canada Info-Base,
which has such items as the "Ten Laws of Running Injuries" and
"IAAF Doping Control Guidelines." There's also a section called
Running Quotes, which contains several great quotes about the
sport and lifestyle of the long-distance runner.
