Probably the most unique element of this site is a photo and map
essay on Bosnia. A "virtual field trip" combines maps and
photographs of Bosnian locations and people into a compelling
perspective of this war-torn country. For those more interested in
pure geography or academics, there is also a clickable map of the
George Mason University campus, using the XeroxPARC viewer; an
analysis of the Florida Everglades; and student geographic
information systems final projects on such topics as "The X
Map--Map of UFO Sightings and Air Force Bases."
