The Solon Law Archive's Collection of Canadian Constitutional Documents

To someone unfamiliar with contemporary Canadian politics this
might appear to be a marginal issue, but for better or worse,
political discussion has been dominated by constitutional issues
for the last fifteen years or more. This site is a repository for
all the documents you could ever want to see from the Constitution
Act of 1867 (and some predating confederation) to the
Charlottetown Accord, as well as drafts for proposed legislation.
