Voice Chat/2

VoiceChat/2 is currently the only OS/2-based software package to
allow voice transmission over the Internet using a direct,
point-to-point protocol. It allows recording from either a
microphone or a line-in jack. CD-Audio is planned for a future
release. Messages can be reviewed before being sent, and sampling
rates and voice quality can be modified.
