NetCentral offers many live chat forums, with topics ranging from
Christian music to late-night partying. Large .gif files are
prohibited, as is obscene language. Users have the option of
including their e-mail address, home page URL, or picture in the
information available for other users to see. Users can change the
format of their words as they appear on screen, giving them
emphasis, making them blink, centering them on-screen, and so on.
