BulletProof is a software and online service company producing
tools for individual investors. Their latest product, called The
Edge, is a stock tracking and alert paging system for Windows.
This software and service package is designed to monitor the stock
market and create interactive graphs showing past and recent
performance for any given stock, in terms of value and volume
traded. The graphs have browse buttons that you can click on to
view performance in different periods. (Note: In order to
subscribe to this service and use The Edge, you must have a
CompuServe account.) There is also a paging feature, which pages
you if a certain stock moves beyond a user set parameter. The Web
site contains an online form that you can submit in order to be
notified when The Edge is ready to use. In addition to the Edge,
BulletProof's site offers a variety of interactive stock watching
services, a discussion forum, a database of answers to questions
about the company's products, and a link to customer support
services.
