The American Indian Computer Art Project

The American Indian Computer Art Project (AICAP) is a
collaboration of several Native American artists, elders, and a
group of supportive and generous computer specialists. The focus
of the AICAP is to share its computer imaging efforts with the
world and tribal communities. Through interviews, demonstrations,
and archives, the AICAP is making strides along with others to
ensure that this technology is available to tribal communities,
especially those living in remote locations. This site delivers
the expressions of traditional song, poetry, and spiritual values.
Users can access a digital art show and song lines from 500 years
of the "Sacred Tree," as well as view a gallery of photographs of
tribal individuals and purchase tribal art.
