Michigan Digital Historical Initiative in the Health Sciences
Maintained by the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, this site
is dedicated to compiling an electronic collection of archival and
museum repositories in the health sciences. Medical school
libraries and institutes are the prime contributors of these
images. Users may search the site by name, place, subject to find
graphic representations of historical artifacts such as patent
medicine advertisements, postcards from sanitoria, antique medical
instruments, and other fascinating relics of medical history.
