Simply and clearly arranged, this site provides Web surfers with a
concise, organized directory of U.S. Supreme Court rulings from
1990 to the present. In order to facilitate all researchers'
needs, the decisions are arranged according to party name, topic,
and date of decision. Specific information may also be accessed
through a local keyword search or by scanning the Significant
Decisions list for more memorable cases. The information is kept
current when the Court is in session, and all opinions (both
concurring and dissenting) are available. If you don't have a law
degree, don't be intimidated, as the site is extremely user and
modem-friendly, and includes explanations of legal terms and
information about the way the Court works.
