LEGI-SLATE is the original and leading online service providing
digital intelligence on federal legislation and regulations. Most
of the services are fee-based. Freely distributed information at
the site is found in the Inside the Capitol section, containing
the text of historical legal documents such as the U.S.
Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and the Federalist
Papers. Visitors have free access to information on how the
legislative and regulatory processes work, a glossary of
