Celebrating its 35th anniversary, President Kennedyâ s brainchild
uses its official Web site to attract recruits and network RPCVâ s
(Returning Peace Corps Volunteers). After reading about the
countries served (Africa, Eastern Europe, and Mediterranean) users
can find out how to enlist (those who can, pay for the work
