"One of the longest running BBSs in the California gold country.
Started out as the Mother Lode 64 BBS. Silicon Realms, was mainly
a Commodore/Gaming (RPG) oriented BBS. Was a member of several
Commodore BBS networks - UBAN, NISSA, FNET, COMM-NET, (?)
identified as SLR. Notable features were Commodore files
(PD/Utilities), story boards and on-line games, and network
discussion boards. Board folded as I got too busy on other
projects, though I still had a few callers near the end." - Joe
