"GobblerNet was the very last system in Bismarck, and when it
closed down, the era ended forever in central North Dakota. It was
a Linux-based BBS. In those days that was pretty rare. The system
runs again, by the way, as ChungKuo BBS, in my current Santa Fe,
New Mexico location, as a telnet only system:
