"I was probably the youngest SysOp in Little Rock -- I started
Freshman Dorm at age 12. Most people assumed due to the name of
the BBS and my handle that I had to be a Freshman in college, but
I chose the handle to indicate that I was new to the BBSing world.
Started out running WWIV, and was lucky enough to get assigned a
Fidonet node. About a year and a half later, I became disappointed
in WWIV's lack of expandability if you weren't a SuperCoder... so
I switched to Renegade, renamed the BBS, and chose a different
handle, Wildfire. I kept quite a large selection of Renegade
patches, add-ins, and door games -- they were relatively hard to
