"Started as a way for other Mac users to share information and
shareware, UBBS quickly became a resource for more than 80 paying
users. We had two phone lines because that is all my software and
hardware could manage at the time. We used US Robotics Courier 56k
modems and had a whole 2Gg Seagate hard drive. I was only 13-15
years old when I started and operated UBBS (until I found cars and
girls). It was some of the most memorable times of my life, thank
