"Arcad�s, the Plane of Shame, was an official UA/CiA distribution
board and hosted a number of networks and active message boards.
It was one of the few boards in existence to ever successfully use
Intermail with T.A.G for networking. Arcad�s was impressive both
graphically and for the full range of message boards, networks,
