         | cheaper than burring the cables: underground transmission lines
         | are roughly 10 times more expensive, due to cooling mainly (and
         | sometimes this would require converting to DC). So there are
         | three options: traditional (cheapest), such designs (more
         | expensive), or hidden (10 times the price of traditional).
