At Andi, we're not just tweaking existing search paradigms--we're
reimagining search from the ground up using cutting-edge AI. Our
mission is to create a more intuitive, powerful way for people to
find and interact with information. We're looking for an AI
Engineer who's passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's
possible with language models and information retrieval. You'll be
working on problems that matter: - Implementing and optimizing
large language models, with a focus on open-source LLMs -
Developing advanced RAG techniques to enhance search accuracy and
relevance - Creating innovative approaches to dataset curation and
synthetic data generation - Building scalable, AI-powered backend
services that can handle millions of queries Our ideal candidate
has: - 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, particularly
in NLP and LLMs - Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern
AI frameworks - A track record of shipping AI features in
production environments - Experience with vector databases and
efficient retrieval methods - Familiarity with AWS and
containerization technologies We're a small, fast-moving team
