| Interesting.
|
| I use vim and hence can this run as an external lisp there.
|
| Can it complete enough to run say PAIP, or even quicklisp ... can
| lisp cookbook be used to learn that.
|
| or put it another perspective how it compare Common Lisp from
| very low level ulisp, ecl or even sbcl.
|
| Or what is the point. Tbh it seems better than mvs3.8 as that is
| constrained by cannot move on beyond that. This seems promising.

| It can run InterLisp-D or Common Lisp.
|
| That said, I would use the Vim bindings with Slime and SBCL. I
| ran InterLisp-D in the 1980s on my Xerox 1108 Lisp Machine (and
| I wrote and sold a very pricey software product for it) so I
| appreciate the Medley project, but if you want to work through
| Peter's excellent PAIP book, please use Vim+Slime+SBCL.

| I think their CL is CLTL1 or 2 and I think the nice thing
| about Medley is the whole graphical system, not the bare lisp
| implementation (I'm sure you know this, but some context for
| others who might not be as familiar with the history here)
