| Very interesting, another place to visit in the world. This was
| in 1972.
|
| In 1969, he, Aldrin, and Collins were received in the Buckingham
| Palace [1]. There is are hilarious scenes about this in The Crown
| series S03E07 [2]. Don't know how real was it [3].

| >Armstrong, universally known for his humility is remembered as
| having no interest on his visit of boasting of his achievements.
| Instead he was absorbed in finding out more of his Armstrong
| heritage and making a connection with the area.
|
| Every thing I've read about Neil Armstrong makes it very evident
| why Nasa chose him to be the first man to walk on the moon. He's
| the real deal.

| I recently learned that the Apollo 11 mission patch is the only
| crewed mission patch without the astronauts' names. Apparently,
| this was Armstrong's call so as not to take away from everyone
| else's contribution to the accomplishment.
