       | Dan Ingalls is one of my computing heroes. I admire how he has
       | forged a fairly unique path of focusing on Smalltalk and dynamic
       | software development and exploration environments, and how he
       | turned Javascript into a Smalltalk-like system with Lively.
       |
       | It's also interesting to me that environments like Smalltalk that
       | required massive computing resources at the time are basically in
       | the noise on a modern system.
       |
       | I wonder if this uses webassembly or just javascript?
       |
       | Noting that the Smalltalk zoo is hosted on CHM's domain, I note
       | that I am a huge fan of CHM reviving historical systems as
       | operational emulations in web pages - ideally with appropriate
       | software and user documentation. (The same goes for the Internet
       | Archive's collection of historical software and games running in
       | emulation.) I really enjoy historical system demos as well, but
       | those tend to be limited due to physical constraints (and the
       | need for hardware restoration.)

       | One day I also hope to visit the MADE[1] in Oakland.
