       | Well, that's how we got cultivated oyster mushrooms in the first
       | place, isn't it? With some Germans in WW1 wanting a quick way to
       | turn sawdust into food. You can use mushrooms to turn waste
       | streams into useful stuff already. It's just that it tends to be
       | waste streams that are already pretty useful, and what you get
       | out of it isn't all that profitable (tasty, though!)
