| Given how 'vertically integrated' the government is with the
| entire economy, it would make sense to see similar behavior
| from them as you would a corporate entity. The odd whitepaper
| may surface saying "We have this cool new thing" but technical
| details necessary to _implement_ that cool new thing will be
| sparse or missing entirely. Everything is kept under lock and
| key as trade secrets.

| I tried scanning through the issues from this year of "Science
| China Physics, Mechanics & Astronomy" but nothing looked like it
| was an actual FAST result paper (only one mentioned FAST in the
| title, and that was an instrumentation paper).

| Funny to see that "Science China Physics, Mechanics & Astronomy"
| is actually an English language Springer publication, as the
| title makes it sound like something they'd put out locally.
