| I would hate to be tired or exhausted after a gym work out
| (thought to be more effective than taking SSRIs) or right before
| going to sleep or after I wake and be groggy when my
| tone/pitch/cadence are not in line with what a non-depressed
| person is and have this thing label me as depressed and have the
| ramifications to deal with.

| I think depression, while very real, has been to loosely used in
| order to identify anything that seems to not align with a
| perpetual state of being content, or as is most often the case,
| one of compromised satisfaction. Anything that deviates from this
| is often seen as being in depressed state, when in actuality the
| most creative people I know have to go through these emotional
| and psychological cycles and processes in order to tap into what
| they need to find the motivation to create something meaningful.
