Ask HN: What are other places for "programminghelp"?

This morning I answered a question on "programminghelp": https://w
       ww.reddit.com/r/programminghelp/comments/wge1ws/comment/ij2arzn/?co
ntext=3 But was told I did a little too much and violated a rule
by just coding the whole thing. Is there a place (on reddit or
anywhere) that doesn't have this rule?
