| UK has a policy of "expecting" and "encouraging" such papers are
| published openly:

| Given that it is a charity I'm quite aghast that open publishing
| wasn't mandated. The research looks interesting, but given it's
| funded by a charity with people opting in to share their DNA data
| for the greater good it just seems wrong.
