       | That's a quote from Xinuos's legal filing. Sounds like they're
       | referring to the _SCO v Novell_ litigation. But, first, that case
       | determined that Novell retained the copyrights, and therefore
       | that SCO didn 't own them (and therefore couldn't have sold them
       | to Xinuos). And second, that sounds like Xinuos is blaming IBM
       | for saying what the court ruled in the _Novell_ case. That seems
       | unlikely to fly, legally.
