       | It'd be interesting to read a followup article on how these

       | My question is, in a condo parking stall, who pays for the
       | electricity? My guess is each unit has an assigned stall, do they
       | pay their own electricity? What prevents their neighbour parking
       | in their stall for a few hours and using their power?
       |
       | Is the cost of the electricity rolled into the condo fee? How is
       | that fair for people without EVs?
       |
       | I'm glad I own my own house and don't have to deal with "one-
       | size-fits-all" crap like this anymore.

         | Presumably the same thing that stops you from parking in your
         | neighbor's driveway and charging using their outdoor outlets -
         | it's illegal, and the savings of a few dollars isn't worth the
         | potential penalties.
