This app helps a lot to stop my mind from wandering around. The new feature, where it makes small vibrations signaling to inhale, exhale or hold, is fantastic. I can keep it in my hands and not even look at the screen until I fall asleep. Maybe they can use a different signal for inhale vs. exhale. Because sometimes, I fall asleep for a few seconds and then don't know if the vibration is for exhaling or inhale without looking at the screen. Overall I highly recommend it. I love the design. It's simple, visually pleasing, and easy to navigate. The animations are interesting and I like that you also have the basic breathwork visuals like the filling circle or dot on a path. The whole experience is dynamic yet soothing.
