About the role

About the role

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive engineer to join our
YC-backed startup full-time and in person.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to make a
substantial impact in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
You are expected to thrive in a demanding and fast-moving
environment. We are hiring for an on-site role in Amsterdam, The
Netherlands.

Responsibilities

  * Own and develop core product features on both the frontend and
    backend of our product
  * Collaborate with the founders and our customers to conceptualize,
    design and implement new features
  * Maintain and improve our codebase for optimal performance
  * Conduct code reviews and perform debugging tasks

Required qualifications

  * Proven track record with significant experience in full-stack
    developer roles, preferably as a Senior Software Engineer
  * Comprehensive knowledge of Typescript, React and server-side
    development (preferably Remix)
  * Proficiency in designing multi-tenancy SaaS products
  * Proficiency in Python and FastAPI
  * Must have experience with leveraging latest AI Code IDEs (Cursor,
    Windsurf, Claude, IntelliJ, Junie)
  * Experienced in operating software in a scalable manner
  * Fluent in English, able to communicate complex technical concepts
    clearly and effectively
  * Alignment with our purpose (our why) and our values (our how)

Bonus Skills and Experience

  * Experience with hosting applications on Azure
  * Fluent in German to communicate with our mostly German customers
