USSPACECOM (https://www.space-track.org) Orbit Determination The ephemeris OEM files are generated by fitting a subset of USSPACECOM's Special Perturbation (SP) ephemerides. We use our open-source orbdetpy library, which is based on Orekit. The library is available at https://github.com/ut-astria/orbdetpy. Visualization Data obtained from the sources listed above are stored internally as EME2000 state vectors. Orbits are visualized using the equations of Keplerian motion. Perturbations from Earth oblateness, third bodies, atmospheric drag, solar radiation pressure etc., are not taken into account in order to reduce CPU cost.
