Arroyo is joining Cloudflare

Arroyo has been acquired by Cloudflare to bring serverless SQL stream
processing to the Cloudflare Developer Platfrorm, integrated with
Queues, Workers, and R2. The Arroyo Engine will remain open-source
and self-hostable.
