We are a YC-backed (S24) startup looking to disrupt the realtor space
by creating a software platform that allows users to buy homes
without a traditional realtor. We're building a cutting-edge AI
platform that automates real estate agent workflows, including
messaging, deal management, and customer interaction.

Salary: 100k-150k

Stock: 0.5-2.5%

Responsibilities

  * Design, develop, and optimize AI-driven workflows for messaging
    and deal automation (texts, emails, and related communication).
  * Develop robust backend services using TypeScript.
  * Collaborate closely with CEO and CTO to implement and refine key
    platform features.
  * Craft effective GPT prompts, fine-tune AI responses, and provide
    ongoing model support.
  * Continuously monitor, maintain, and enhance AI model performance
    and workflows.
  * Stay current with industry advancements and integrate emerging
    technologies as appropriate.

Qualifications

  * Uses AI to ship code fast
  * Has previously shipped consumer-facing features
  * Good grasp of existing models and how they work

Nice-to-haves

  * Public github contributions
  * Previous experience delivering consumer facing code
  * Familiarity and interest in real estate

Technology

Responsibilities

  * Backend AI, typescript role
  * Collaborate with the CEO/CTO to design, develop, and implement
    key features of our AI realtor platform.
  * Design AI prompts for messaging and deal automation flows (texts
    and emails).
  * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
