About the role

We are looking to hire a VP of Engineering, ideally who had
experience scaling an engineering team in a tech startup from 10 to
100+ people previously.

Here is how you can assess a match:

 1. If you worked as a VP of Engineering in a tech startup scaling
    from 10-100+ people - we would love to talk to you for sure!
 2. You technical, logical, organized, and thinking in terms of
    structures and processes, optimizing for top efficiency through
    setting up the right structures and controlling the execution/
    performance.
 3. You love moving fast and hate wasting time.
 4. You can easily help up to hire top talent, setup performance
    reviews, and processes.
 5. Your hours should be PST (West Coast US) compatible. I usually
    have time after 10am PT.
 6. You are excited about the future with AI.

About us:

 1. We are building infrastructure and AI to replace QA and Software
    Engineering.
 2. Growing 2X YoY.
 3. Customers like Cisco, Burger King, MLB, etc.
