About the role

As one of the founding engineers on the team, your responsibility
would be to help us build and scale our backend and recommendation
systems from the ground up. You must be willing to bet on yourself
and build expertise quickly.

Qualifications:

  * 4+ years of industry experience in front-end systems.
  * Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such
    as React.
  * Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
    principles.
  * Familiarity with server-side rendering (e.g., Next.js) or static
    site generators.
  * Thrive in a hands-on, chaotic environment.
  * Someone excited to be part of the 0 to 1 journey.
  * (Good to have) Figma prototyping and UX experience.
  * (Good to have) Full stack knowledge.

The future of Marketing is 1-1 hyper-personalized messaging. However,
marketers spent multiple cycles setting up an "octopus" on CRM
journey builders to manually write content for each persona and
segment. Further, A/B testing is sequential and takes weeks to show
results.
