Welcome, David Heinemeier Hansson (known to many as "DHH"), to
Shopify's board of directors.

You may know David as the founder and steward of Ruby on Rails, which
has a long history with Shopify and is still part of our technology
stack today. But he's also joining our board for another reason: in
service of our mission to inspire more entrepreneurship in the world.

Engineering and entrepreneurship pose similar challenges of building
what you want with what you've got. Shopify and Rails have a shared
mission: empowering individual crafters, inspired by their tools, to
do great work.
