Frequently Asked Questions

How do you charge for Bandwidth?
We only measure bandwidth served from our CDN to the client. Say a 5
MB image is optimized and served as a 400 KB image, then we will only
count 400 KB towards consumption
What happens if I exceed my quota?
We will calculate applicable overages and bill them in your next
invoice.
What happens after my trial ends?
We will give you two weeks time to upgrade your account to a paid
plan, after which your images will be permanently deleted.
Do you have a free plan?
No. Serving images cost storage and bandwidth and we want MageCDN to
be a sustainable business. We have a very affordable Hobbyist plan to
suit your needs.
Can I get a refund?
For monthly subscriptions, we will give refund if you ask us within
the first week of billing date. For year subscriptions, it's two
weeks.
