HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

1. Raspberry Pi 5 (recommended) or Pi 400

or Pi 4 (Model B, 2GB or more, with a fan and heatsinks!)

 

2. Full HD 1920x1080 monitor (recommended)

(minimum HD 1280x720)

 

3. microSD card (16GB or larger) or USB3 Flash Stick

or SSD, and balenaEtcher or PiImager to flash the image to it

 

4. USB Flash Stick (1GB or larger)

to deliver your AmigaOS ISO to AmiKit - see the other panel

 

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

1.   AmigaOS ISO (Amiga Forever strongly recommended)

Versions 7/8/9 are supported (Plus or Premium editions, not the Value
one)

Alternatively, you can use other AmigaOS editions like AmigaOS XL,
AmigaOS 3.9, AmigaOS 3.5, AmigaOS 3.1 (located on OS4.1FE) or even 
AmigaOS 3.1.4 ZIP

but be advised that AmiKit has been extensively tested with Amiga
Forever 7, 8 and 9

2. Amiga Kickstart ROM file (A1200 version)

(already included with Amiga Forever, AmigaOS 3.1.4 and OS 3.1)

 

3. Picasso96 archive (version 2.0 from Aminet)

(it is downloaded automatically during AmiKit installation)
