Counterfeit Warning: December, 2015 -- buyers have reported poor
quality copies (confirmed as counterfeit) being sold online at prices
too low to be creditable. These are recognizable from their poor
bindings and text errors (e.g., missing the ligature "fi", thus on
the author page "Wineld Hill"!). More information here. EEVBlog's
