Paragraphica: AI Camera with no lens

Paragraphica is a context-to-image camera that takes photos using GPS
data.

It describes the place you are at and then converts it into an
AI-generated "photo".

How does it work?

The camera collects data from its location via open APIs. Data like
current weather, address, time of day, and nearby places. Combining
all this data, it creates a description of the current place and
moment.

Then, it passes that description through Stable Diffusion, and you
have your photo.

I guess these photos aren't worth a thousand words, and instead just
20 words and a random seed?

You can try to take your own photo with the virtual option.

NEW TECH

SoundStorm: Newest text-to-speech for dialogue by Google [?]

SoundStorm, the latest speech model by Google is moving the stakes
for AI-generated speech.

And it might give Elevenlabs a run for its money.

The model can create 30 seconds of speech in half a second, using
text prompts and a short voice prompt.

Plus, it specializes in highly realistic dialogues -- which is
something that we haven't yet seen in previous models.

 Nvidia became a $1 trillion company. All thanks to the AI boom.
They also announced their DGX GH200 AI supercomputer -- which will
enable the next generation of generative AI applications thanks to
its bigger memory size and larger-scale model capabilities.

 One-Click DeepFake - a new trending repo on GitHub that lets you
record a video and replace the face with a face of your choice.
Without dataset, and no training.

[?]  The state of GPT. Andrew Karpathy talked about GPT in the
latest Microsoft Build conference and probably explained how
everything works in the simplest way possible. A must-watch.
