Your IP address is logged by the browser when you open their page to request the account deletion. They could tie that to your login records on Epic Games to get a match on your Username, so they shouldn't need that either. Verifying console is superfluous and wouldn't do anything towards verifying either. Locations could be verified by your login activity which they already have from your IP. Invoice IDs are also stored on their servers and associated with your login name which is already found from your IP also. The ONLY thing they need is your email, and for added security, the last 4 of your card. It was stolen somehow, and when I tried going through the recovery process, they wanted all kinds of information I couldn't provide. In addition to the usual stuff, they wanted more... MUCH more! The list was ridiculously long. They wanted things like the most recent purchase -- I had no idea you could buy things on Skype. They also wanted usernames of contacts -- I didn't have many on Skype, and the only one I could remember, I couldn't remember exactly how it was spelled; was it one or two zeros on the end?
