About the role

At Kraftful, we're building the AI Co-Pilot for product managers and
other product builders. Our mission is to help product folks leverage
GPT-4 and ChatGPT API to listen to users at scale and actively
involve them in the development process.

Since our beta launch, we've seen tremendous growth, with thousands
of users joining our platform (45% WoW growth). Kraftful is now used
by product builders from major tech companies (Meta, Google, Netflix,
Atlassian, Canva, Dropbox, etc.), global retail brands (Gap,
7-Eleven, J&J), car manufacturers (Ford, Volvo), public agencies
(London Tube, National Art Gallery), financial institutions (Banco de
Brazil), and even the City of Philadelphia! We're now expanding our
small but mighty engineering team to keep up with demand. This is a
unique opportunity to become an early employee at a rocketship.

We're a team that puts users first. We make hard, pragmatic
decisions. Constant iteration is at the core of our product and
company. Empathy is our superpower.

Responsibilities:

  * Design, develop, test and support features for our web and
    backend applications
  * Work with GPT-4, ChatGPT API, and other large language models
    (LLMs)
  * Adopt or invent tools to help scale our engineering efforts
  * Tackle various challenges that arise in an early-stage startup

Requirements:

  * BA/BS degree (or equivalent)
  * 6+ years of experience building production software in a team
    environment
  * Excellent interpersonal skills, including writing, speaking, and
    listening
  * Fearlessness in taking on new challenges with potentially unclear
    solutions
  * Commitment to delighting customers
  * Flexibility in a constantly changing environment
  * Curiosity to become an expert in the rapidly evolving world of
    LLMs
