now offline. No payments are going out; no information is coming in.
ACH likely to miss cut-off.

3:00 pm PT: Last known intraday BAI2 files received from SVB.

4:00 am PT: Last known previous day BAI2 files, and last ACH
confirmation files received from SVB.
