The database is available to the public to further enhance and improve jazz and MIR research. Generating transcriptionsP The transcriptions contained in the database are produced with the help of Sonic Visualiser, the intermediate products are Sonic Visualiser project files of a certain type. These Sonic Visualiser files are imported in the database using melconv. Sonic Visualiser project files might get released later on. More detailed information on how to produce Sonic Visualiser project files yourself can be found here.
