Dyalog Ltd offers a fully verified escrow agreement with NCC Group so
that, in the unlikely event that we become unable to continue to
service our customers, our source code will be made available to
those of our customers who subscribe to the service. The source code
will be accompanied by a description of the software environment that
is required to maintain Dyalog, including a copy of the full
development environment.

This service is designed for clients who need to be able to guarantee
to investors, customers or other stakeholders that software built
upon Dyalog is maintainable in the event of default anywhere in your
supply chain chain.
