We offer generous health, dental, and vision insurance plans, along

Unlimited Vacation After Year 1

For the first year, you'll have 12 days PTO and paid holidays. After
that, you'll enjoy unlimited vacation.

Work-from-home

We have a flexible work from home policy. Our offices are in Atlanta
and Mexico City, but we have remote team members based all over.

401k Investment Plan

New Story offers a 401k investment plan so you're saving money for
the long-term.

Trips to the Field

You'll get to visit the families we serve and the homes we build
first hand in either Mexico, Haiti, or El Salvador.

Commuter Benefits

For some, getting to work takes additional time and expense. Our
commuter benefits help offset that.

Paid Parental Leave

Primary caregivers are given 12 weeks paid time off, and secondary
caregivers are given six weeks off post birth/adoption.

Adoption Reimbursement

For families who are willing to adopt, thank you! New Story will
reimburse up to $10,000 for adoption expenses.

Team Summits

Every 6 months we have a full team summit where we have fun, reflect,
and plan for the future. Past trips have been to Lake Tahoe, Mexico,
& Whidbey Island.

Continuing Education

Whether it's a conference or online course, we invest in every team
member so they can be the best at their craft.

Full transparency: our interview process is extensive.

We like to get a genuine feel for our interviewees just as much as we
want them to get a genuine feel for our team members. In truth, it's
not uncommon for a candidate to meet with nearly everyone at New
Story when they interview. It's the best way we've found for us to
find someone who not only has the necessary skill sets but who, most
importantly, has the right attitude to fit in with and add to our
