I contact apple, they do a lot of test on my devices and ask to me to contact the Logi Support. So, what should I do? I buy one 100 euros device, but I con't use the bluetooth option? 2 Comment actions Permalink * [chatavatar] Prem L + 03 February 2022 13:09 Hey Raffael, Thanks for reaching out. All configurations are cleared. I reconnected the devices and tested them. Same result. If the keyboard is turned-on, I have a lot of issues with bluetooth headphones. I have 3 different headphones, 2 airpods and one from Sony. All 3 devices have the same problem when the keyboard is connected. And if I connect using the Unifying adapter, works well. But I buy this devices because of the bluetooth options. 1 Comment actions Permalink * [chatavatar] Prem L + 03 February 2022 18:53 + Edited Hey Raffael, Thanks for writing back. I use the MX Master 3 and MX Keys. I try the upgrade firmware software from Logi, but the message is that the firmware of both are the last one. The problem afect the sound and microphone of bluetooth headphones and the keyboard response. I try with 3 different: AirPods 2021, AirPods Max and one Sony bluetooth. Yesterday I contact Apple, they perform a lot of validations on the MacBook and ask my to try the Logi support, because they have the information that the same problem already occur with other users and Logi support helps. 1 Comment actions Permalink * [chatavatar] Prem L + 03 February 2022 20:27 Hey Raffael, Thanks for the detailed information. Also having this issue, as are some other folks in this thread: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/25353492 + Airpods Pro have no issue connected to my iPhone. I've even replaced the Airpods, with the exact same result. + When I turn the mouse off the garbled voice immediately resolves itself. + Issue does not occur when using Magic Mouse or Magic Trackpad. MX Master 3 Mac connected over bluetooth, Airpods Pro with 4C165 firmware (most recent,) 5k iMac 2020 model running macOS 12.2.1. I started using my MX Master 3 again a few weeks ago, which is right around the time I started experiencing this issue. Only today did I put the two together and try turning the mouse off. 1 Comment actions Permalink * [chatavatar] Prem L + 14 February 2022 21:56 Hi Jason, Thank you for your feedback. We will also pass the feedback along to the team. This is the equivalent of hitting someone with your car and then blaming them for getting hurt. I have tested several bluetooth devices and the only one causing issues with my Airpods is my MX Anywhere 2S mouse. The unifying receiver essentially doesn't work for me at all (I get massive lag, stutters, and jumps) due to needing a USB-C hub on all modern Macs. I'm shocked Logitech isn't taking this more seriously, I would give up my 3rd party mouse before my 1st party headphones every time, and this is a company based solely on providing 3rd party peripherals. 2 Comment actions Permalink * [profile_im] Raffael Chacon + 01 March 2022 08:16 I'm still waiting for the solution. 1 Comment actions Permalink * [profile_im] Harrison Pollock + 02 March 2022 00:13 Just wanted to say that I am having this exact same problem, is there any way for fix this? This solved my issue after reading dozens of reddit, support posts, articles, etc. For those experiencing dropouts (a totally different issue) try turning off "airplay receiver" on your mac. Edit: The above "fix" was short lived and my issue is back. Another poster indicated you can just turn off/on your mouse at the start of any VoIP call and I've been doing so for a week now and it allows me to get around this issue. This is still extremely annoying and will likely result in me getting a different mouse, it's just too annoying to have to do this ever time I answer a call, start a zoom, etc. 2 Comment actions Permalink * [default_av] Jason Braatz + 16 March 2022 22:10 Bummer, that didn't work for me. Tried all the different channels. I wonder why... Thanks so much for posting a fix, though. I have a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) with MacOS Monterey 12.3.1 (21E258), 2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9, 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB. AirPods Pro are Model A2084 (hardware 1.0) with firmware 4C165. If I use my Logitech MX Master 3 for Mac (firmware seems latest) with Logi Options, and Apple AirPods Pro, the microphone input is robotic, distortionned and unusable. Other bluetooth product do not seem to interfere with AirPods Pro. If I turn off the MX Master 3, AirPods microphones work again! It distorts my microphone. For $200 hardware this is pretty pathetic. I spoke to apple multiple times and they asked to contact Logitech. The issue does not exist when connecting the apple magic keyboard and mouse via Bluetooth. Now the MX master kybd and mouse are sitting there gathering dust as i have no choice but to use by magic kybd and mouse when on VoIP Conf calls. Would Logitech issue me a refund? I can send the receipts. MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2020, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports) MacOS: Moterey 12.3.1.
